Terms for using the lake

1. Who keeps the huts

These terms govern your use of augerholelake.com ("Auger Hole Lake", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of augerholelake.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may walk out onto the lake

Only users aged 19 or over may use Auger Hole Lake, and by using it you confirm you have reached 19.

3. Lake coins

• The reels run on virtual coins handed out free of charge.
• A coin is not money, not credit and not property; it carries no monetary value whatsoever.
• Nobody can buy, sell, withdraw or transfer coins, nor swap them for money, goods, services or prizes; in-app purchases do not exist here.
• Tormod offers no prize that has real-world value.
• Coin balances, levels and features can be changed by us, or set back to zero, at any point.

4. Real-money gambling stays off the ice

Auger Hole Lake neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and no link on the lake leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your ribbon key

• Headbeam Traverse and Domeglass Rink need a free account. Each person may hold one account only, and it must not be shared.
• Keep your password private, and if someone else has used your account, tell us without waiting.
• You can delete your account whenever you choose from your account page. Deletion happens at once and cannot be reversed.
• An account that disrupts the site, or that we believe belongs to someone under 19, can be suspended by us.
• Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account and are never your property; they may be set back to zero.

6. Fair play on the lake

Leave the site undisturbed: no automated tools against it, no offers to trade coins, and nobody under 19 at the reels.

7. Availability and liability on the ice

You get the site exactly “as is”, and any part of it may be altered or taken down. When something malfunctions, every play and every pay it touched is void. These terms do not limit any liability that the law forbids limiting, and they leave your statutory rights untouched.

8. The law the lake answers to

Ontario’s provincial laws, together with the federal laws of Canada in force there, govern these terms.
